I get a lot of questions about growing hot peppers, especially here in the Pacific Northwest. So I’ll be posting updates on my grow process for 2024.

I also get questions about cooking with Hot Peppers and Hot Sauce. I’ll be posting my how-to’s and some recipes for that as well.

I have to say I’m really bad at posting but will try hard to do a better job this coming year. Please don’t hesitate to send your questions and any ideas for posts you would like to see in the future.
